Swiss Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum sp.)

The leaf of a huge dandelion is a wonderful challenge. The curving and the venation of the leaf make for dramatic effects. Found in an Alpine meadow in Ovronnaz, Switzerland, this leaf (any leaf) shows how different the venation looks upon turning and comparing front and back with each other.
