Strawberry Plant

This strawberry plant survived a second winter outdoors, on my patio. That is quite exceptional, so when it courageously came up again this spring I simply had to draw it. The elegant thin stems, the larger top leaves protecting the smaller ones with their shade, the beginning flowers and the tiny strawberries are delightful to look at. The luminous green is almost electrifying.
